This bread can be eaten as a giant cracker; or to rehydrate should be sprayed with a mister or dipped in water, set aside, and allowed to absorb water for a few minutes (do not soak in water). Try a raw "sanwish" with a spread of your choice, tomato, sprouts, and lettuce.

Ingredients: Sprouted sunflower seeds, carrots, celery, sprouted flax, parsley, basil, dulse, herbs, original himalayan crystal salt.

    What a wonderful product--delicious, nutritious, low in carbs, and gluten-free!
    I crumble it in salads or top it with baked sweet potato or avocado for a healthy mini meal, or top it with cinnamon mixed with a little olive oil and stevia, a treat with hot tea! This product also freezes well for long-term storage.
